Hello lovelies!
I can’t believe that it is already August. My gosh where does the time go??
It has been a busy summer, as to be expected when having four littles around. While most of my time is occupied by making sure that they survive, I have also managed to find some time to work on my own projects here and there as well.
The first of those that I have to share with you is my new quaint guest space. This is one of our smallest bedrooms and the only one that’s unoccupied so it felt like a wonderful opportunity to try and create an inviting little guest space out of it.
Since the room is so small I wanted to lean fully into the white and bright palette to give the space a bigger feel to it.
I continued on by adding notes of romance with the ruffles found in the beautiful bedding set by lush decor and their linen drapes, hints of a Parisian vibe with antiques and a touch of sophisticated glamour with the headboard and side table by Safavieh.
I also added another favorite of mine when it comes to area rugs, which is the Vision rug by Safavieh. It’s so incredibly soft and adds another layer of cozy to the space.
